Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we handle each request individually to provide the best possible service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the last item.

Items are eligible for return only if unworn, in their original condition, and with all price tags attached.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without having to provide a reason. The withdrawal period automatically extends to weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us before the deadline by emailing online@hannoh.net, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.

How to use the return service

EU Orders: A €10 fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. This fee includes return shipping costs.

International Orders: A €30 fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. This fee includes return shipping costs.

How to return an item

Send an email to online@hannoh.net with:

1. Your order number
2. The email address used for purchase
3. Your preferred pickup address or return location
4. The items you wish to return
5. Once your return is approved, our team will send you shipping instructions. Please package your items securely using the original packaging.

Refunds

To prevent fraud, refunds are only issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
